UNIQKNIFE UN-K single-sided knife gate valve with soft seal:

The one-way knife valve UN–K with a soft seal is one of the modern types of shut-off valves, which is almost never used as a regulating valve. Its main purpose is to perform the function of a shut-off device in pipelines with sewage, bulk media and sludge.

A distinctive feature is the installation in the valves only in a certain position of the knife, since it allows a one–way direction of the flow of the working medium, according to the arrow on the housing.

The working position of the knife can only be in the "open" or "closed" position, as the device is not intended for use as a control valve.

The standard material for the construction is:

  • for the case - carbon or stainless steel;
  • for knife and spindle – SS304 stainless steel;
  • elastomer or fluoroplast is used for sealing.
